Tour and Trekking Cancellations
Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled trek are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the scheduled trek are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the scheduled trek are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Trekking Adventures cancels a trek due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to a future available date.
Equipment and Merchandise Returns
Physical products purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused.
- The item is in its original condition.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable travel guides
- Personalized products
- Used trekking equipment
Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact our support team with order details and photos of the damaged product.
